2 floors of CAT B fit out with the request of utilizing existing materials for sustainability as the systems had never been used since it’s CAT A.
Approx. 80% of this project had an exposed services finish, there was no where to hide!
Heavily supporting our client with end of contract late requests swapping over fire dampers for MFSD to gain PC on time. Reactive works completed in a quick professional manner.
